  2. Do you sell health insurance?
    • No, we focus on helping employees lead happier and healthy lifestyles by supporting their healthy habits with discounts to their favorite health and wellness companies.

  3. What is this concierge service?
    • As part of any contract, each company gets access to our concierge service which helps plan and execute any type of corporate event you want to have either in or out-of office. You tell us what you want, when you want it by, and how much you’re willing to spend and we’ll make it happen.

  4. Do you charge per employee or as a company?
    • Our pricing varies by company. We work with you to build a program that meets your company’s wants and needs. If you’d like to learn more please request a demo and we can try to make a match.

  5. What companies offer discounts?
    • We’re excited that you’re interested in learning more about HealthKick. Due to our partner agreements, We can’t publicly share all of our partners but if you’d like to schedule a demo, we’d be more than happy to give you a feel for the brand partners we have available.

  6. Which companies are you clients?
    • Our clients include everything from small startups to Fortune 500 companies. Some of our clients include YieldBot, Rebelmouse, Flatiron Health, and Chartbeat.

  7. How often do you add new partners?
    • We add a new partner at least every week.

  8. I own a health and wellness focused company, how can I become a HealthKick partner?
    • Great! Let us know a little more about you by submitting some information at our partners page here.

  1. I can’t redeem one of the perks! Help?
    • We strive to make sure you have the best experience possible and sometimes, things break. We’re ready to help. Let us know which perk you tried to redeem and when and we’ll work on getting that fixed for you right away.

  2. I’ve forgotten my password, what should I do?
    • Don’t worry, things happen. Click here and reset your password.

  3. You don’t have my favorite brand, when are you getting it on the platform?
    • We are constantly adding new brands every week. If we’re not adding your favorite brands let us know! Request your favorite brands, here, and get your friends to request it as well. We want to make sure we are building a marketplace of brands everyone wants.

  4. My account says it’s not active, what happened?
    • When we created your account, you should have received an e-mail asking you to activate your HealthKick account. Check your e-mail for anything from HealthKick. If the activation link doesn’t work, send us a note at concierge@health-kick.com and we’ll send you another link.
